Cast products can be an affordable alternative to processing a raw material from scratch. This method is suitable for products with more complex structures. Examples of cast products include components for our lifting products.
As cast products have a complete structure, it is usually only necessary to process small surfaces to get the product ready for delivery.
Cast goods have an advantage compared to other manufacturing methods, as it is possible to include components and reinforcements at the design stage that would require additional manufacturing stages with a different method.
Our factory in Poland manufactures welded components for the manufacturing industry. Here, we can also utilise plasma cutting to produce profile-cut plates.
Turning, milling, CNC milling, welding and cutting machining are some of the methods we use to produce machined products. We can help you with everything from basic products such as washers to special solutions with extremely accurate tolerances.
Using hot or cold rolling, we can machine a material’s thickness in order to manufacture bands, plates and bars, which in turn are machined for various purposes.
We can also produce forged products such as screw heads and spherical head anchors.
Using our handheld scanner system, you can order fasteners quickly and easily. You can also do this at a time that suits you.
All you need to do is scan the article number of the product you want to order, specify the quantity and dock the handheld scanner. The order is automatically submitted to our processing system, and we package the delivery on either the same or the following day.
Does it make things easier if we deliver the goods ready-packaged in water-resistant bags? Then that’s what we’ll do!
Do you want to have your own internal marking on the goods? No problem. We can mark articles according to your wishes.
We can pre-install articles prior to delivery. This can involve basic installation, such as threading a nut onto a threaded bar, or something more complicated and project-specific.
We cut threaded bars and similar products to the desired length. We can also bevel the ends in conjunction with cutting.
Do you use several variants of the same product? Perhaps different dimensions for different joints? We can help you to investigate whether one product would be able to resolve these jobs and reduce the number of articles in your production process.
